MyVidPage will need to carry out maintenance of the website from time to time in which MyVidPage will use its resources to carry out such actions outside of the website business hours and will provide reasonable notice to its users, publishers and guests of MyVidPage however in some cases may not be always possible.

Should any guest or publisher be dissatisfied with this site in any way,the content or content through any third party site, the remedy is to discontinue the site immediately. To the extent permitted of the law, the remedy shall apply whether MyVidPage should have known or knew of the possible damages to you by the use of MyVidPage or any third party site.
